Terms of Use
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our digital products, platforms, applications, and productivity solutions (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old or have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under applicable law. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.
2. Use of Services

To access certain features or tools offered by Pronala, you may be required to register for a user account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information and for all activity under your account.
4. Service Availability
While we aim to deliver continuous, high-quality access to our Services, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. Services may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or unforeseen technical issues.
5. Fees and Payments
Certain Services may require payment, either as a one-time purchase or subscription. Pricing and payment terms will be clearly indicated at the point of sale or subscription. You agree to pay all applicable charges in full and in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- One-time license or access fees for premium tools or features.
- Recurring subscription fees for ongoing access to software, platforms, or integrated productivity suites.
- Additional charges for expanded storage, integrations, or custom enterprise functionality.
All payments are non-transferable and must be made through approved channels.
6. Payment Authorization
By providing your payment information to Pronala, you authorize Pronala to charge the designated payment method for any purchases or subscription fees incurred. You affirm that you are an authorized user of the payment method and agree not to dispute the charges with your financial institution provided they align with the terms outlined in this agreement.
For recurring subscriptions, you authorize Pronala to automatically charge your payment method at the beginning of each billing period until the subscription is canceled in accordance with our cancellation policy.
Pronala reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to its platforms, tools, or digital services if any payment is reversed or disputed without prior communication and resolution efforts.
7. Subscription & Cancellation Policy
Subscription-based Services renew automatically unless canceled by the user before the next billing date. Cancellations must be submitted via your account dashboard or by contacting customer support at least 14 days before renewal. No partial refunds are offered for unused subscription periods after renewal.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, software, designs, algorithms, trademarks, and technologies offered by Pronala are protected by intellectual property laws and remain the exclusive property of Pronala Limited. You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, or reverse-engineer any part of our Services without prior written consent.
9. Privacy and Data Use
Our use of your data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes what information we collect, how it is used, and how it is protected. By using our Services, you consent to the collection and use of your information in accordance with this policy.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pronala shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Services or inability to access the Services.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pronala, its officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or your use of the Services.
12. Termination
Pronala may suspend or terminate your account or access to the Services at any time for violation of these Terms or other reasons deemed appropriate. You may also close your account at any time, though no refunds will be issued for prepaid services unless otherwise stated.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kenya, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
14. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. When changes are made, we will revise the “Effective Date” above and provide notice as appropriate. Continued use of the Services after changes are published indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms.
